Professor Biitt teaches courses in the areas of constitutional law and international law. His scholarship explores the forces impacting the development of international human rights norms, including the
role of played by non-state actors. He is the current co-chair of the American Society for International Law’s (ASIL) Southeast Region Interest Group.
